InstaJets is operated by Roth Advisory Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Our principal address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 16954, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Our mailing address is 255 NE Sixth Ave, Unit B, Delray Beach, FL 33483, United States. These terms address use of our digital lead-generation service.

We provide trip-planning information, indicative estimates and introductions to independent aviation providers. Roth Advisory Group LLC is not acting as an air carrier, aircraft operator or charter broker through this service. We do not own or operate the aircraft shown, exercise operational control, sell air transportation or enter a charter contract on your behalf. A request, proposal display, status label or automated message on this platform does not itself create a flight reservation or authorize payment to us for a charter. You must be at least 18 and legally able to make the request, or be an authorized representative of a business. Supply accurate information and obtain permission before providing another person’s details. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected misuse. Do not submit passports, payment-card numbers, medical records or other sensitive documents through free-text fields. Availability of the site worldwide does not mean a provider can lawfully serve every country or itinerary.

Submitting an inquiry asks us to use your trip and contact information to respond and, when you request an introduction, pass the inquiry to an independent aviation provider. The provider must identify its contracting entity, scope of services and applicable terms before you commit. You remain free not to proceed. An inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing, authorize an automatic telephone campaign or waive privacy rights. See the Privacy Notice and Communications Notice.

Any charter, deposit, membership, insurance or ancillary service is governed by a separate agreement with the identified provider. Verify the actual contracting and operating entities, payment recipient, price, taxes, refund rights and cancellation conditions before agreeing or transferring funds. Checkout hands off to the provider’s external website; InstaJets does not collect charter payments, draw down funds or automatically confirm a flight through that flow. A historical payment preference or account-balance display here is not a substitute for the provider’s agreement. We do not establish a universal cancellation schedule or guarantee refunds on another provider’s behalf. See Requests, Payments & Cancellations.

Estimates and aircraft recommendations may use AI, modeled assumptions and information supplied by others. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong and are not binding offers, safety assurances, guarantees of savings or professional operational advice. A provider must confirm live availability, aircraft suitability, taxes and total pricing. Photographs may illustrate an aircraft class rather than a particular aircraft. We receive no referral compensation. Provider availability and the scope of our relationships can affect which options are presented; we do not promise to compare the whole market.

Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, send spam, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, extract other people’s data or infringe intellectual property. We may restrict misuse or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or maintain security. You may request a review through Privacy & Legal Requests.

We and our licensors retain rights in the platform and its original content. You retain rights in material you submit and permit us to process it only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain security and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Notice. This is not a license to publish private trip information in advertising. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, planning content is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a specific itinerary. We are responsible for our own legal obligations; providers are responsible for theirs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or statutory consumer and data-protection rights. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class or collective rights.

Subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence, these platform terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law. This does not deprive consumers of non-waivable local law or lawful access to their local courts. Material changes will be identified by a revised notice date and additional notice or consent where required; changes are not applied retroactively to completed requests without a lawful basis.
