1. Inquiry follow-up
When you request an introduction or reply, we and the provider handling that inquiry may use the contact information you supplied to respond about that request using channels permitted by law and your choices. Listing a phone number is not blanket consent to automated promotional calls or texts, nor to marketing by unrelated companies.
2. Optional text messages
Where a separate SMS opt-in is presented, it applies only to the described trip-related messages and identified sender. Message frequency varies and carrier message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service. We do not guarantee SMS delivery or availability in every country. A statement about SMS here does not enable a messaging service or enroll you automatically.
3. Stopping messages and getting help
For an active SMS program, use the sender’s stated STOP and HELP instructions. You may also withdraw permission or request help through Privacy & Legal Requests. Include the phone or email used, but no passwords or financial credentials. Contact an independent sender directly to stop its messages as well. Marketing emails must provide the required unsubscribe method; withdrawing marketing permission does not necessarily prevent strictly necessary service or security messages.
4. Marketing is separate
Optional promotional communications require the applicable legal basis and a separate choice when consent is required. A trip inquiry, acceptance of website terms or acknowledgement of a privacy notice is not permission for unrelated marketing. This page does not introduce a marketing subscription. See the Privacy Notice for referral processing and rights.
