We do not operate aircraft, exercise operational control, sell air transportation or act as your charter broker. References to “your broker” or “your specialist” describe the independent provider handling your inquiry. “Powered by Jet Access” identifies a provider relationship, not that Roth Advisory Group LLC is an air carrier or that the companies are the same legal entity.

Ask the provider to identify the actual charter broker, contracting entity and direct air carrier for your trip. The operator determines whether a flight can safely and lawfully operate, including aircraft, crew, weather, airport, runway, baggage and performance limits. Applicable operating authority and required disclosures depend on the jurisdiction. We do not represent that every listed model or operator is available, vetted, insured or authorized for every itinerary.

AI estimates are planning guidance, not live quotes, offers, safety certifications or guaranteed savings. They may omit repositioning, taxes, crew, deicing, landing, catering or other costs. Range, capacity, timing and runway estimates are approximate and must be verified by the operator for the specific aircraft and flight. Illustrations and aircraft-class photos do not identify a reserved tail. Do not rely on this platform for flight planning, navigation, weather decisions or emergency assistance.

Roth Advisory Group LLC receives no money or other commercial benefit for referring your inquiry to an aviation provider. Providers may charge their own disclosed service fees under their separate agreements. We do not promise to compare the whole market or guarantee the lowest price. Submitting a quote request, choosing a displayed option or receiving a status notification does not by itself bind a provider, reserve an aircraft or replace a signed charter agreement.
